Fig. 01 — Project Roles

Who you'll work with

As a main contractor with an in-house carpentry workshop, we keep design, build and site management inside one accountable structure.

Stage 01

Project Director

Owns the project timeline and budget end-to-end, and is your main point of contact from quotation to handover.

Stage 02

Design Consultant

Translates your brief into layouts, finishes and carpentry drawings, and coordinates with architects or ID firms where relevant.

Stage 03

Site Supervisor

Manages the on-site crew and trade schedule — electrical, plumbing, flooring — and keeps you updated on progress.

Stage 04

Workshop & Carpentry Lead

Runs production of custom furniture and fixtures at our factory, the trade Inter-Team was built on in 1995.

Consultation to handover

Step 1

Consultation & site visit

We assess the space, discuss scope and budget, and confirm whether the project needs design input, carpentry, or full renovation.

Step 2

Design & quotation

Layouts, material selections and a detailed quotation are prepared for your approval before any works begin.

Step 3

Build & site management

Our site supervisor coordinates every trade on a fixed schedule, with regular progress updates.

Step 4

Handover & maintenance

A final walkthrough closes out the project, with maintenance support available afterward.
